- Any other relevant information.

- Full name (individual or company).
- Full postal address.
- Phone number.
- Valid email address.
- Good-faith statement: "I have a good-faith belief that use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- Accuracy statement: "I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."

Important: Incomplete notices or notices that do not meet the requirements above may not be processed.
4. Processing Procedure
4.1 Processing Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we commit to:
- Acknowledgment of receipt: within 24 to 48 hours.
- Investigation: detailed review of the claim.
- Action: removal or disabling of content within 3 to 5 business days if the claim is deemed valid.
- Notification: informing the concerned user (if applicable).
4.2 Actions Taken
If we determine that a notice is valid, we may:
- Remove the disputed content from our platform.
- Disable access to the disputed content.
- Warn the responsible user (if applicable).
- Suspend or terminate the account in case of repeated violations.
- Keep evidence of infringement for potential legal proceedings.
4.3 User Notification
When we remove or disable content following a DMCA notice, we may notify the concerned user by providing:
- A copy of the received DMCA notice.
- Information about the counter-notice procedure.
- A warning regarding repeat violations.
5. Counter-Notice (DMCA Counter-Notice)
5.1 Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe removed or disabled content is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner to publish and use it, you may send a written counter-notice to our DMCA Agent.
5.2 Required Information in the Counter-Notice
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your electronic or physical signature.
- Identification of removed content and its location before removal.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: "I state, in good faith, that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification of the content to be removed or disabled."
- Your full contact details:
- Full name.
- Postal address.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or the court of Paris if I am outside the United States), and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or an agent of that person."
5.3 Counter-Notice Handling
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice:
- We will forward a copy to the original complainant.
- We will inform the complainant that content may be restored within 10 to 14 business days.
- We will restore the content within that timeframe unless the complainant initiates legal action and informs us.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
6.1 Zero-Tolerance Principle
In accordance with the DMCA, IPTV Maple applies a strict policy toward users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
6.2 Disciplinary Measures
- First violation: written warning and content removal.
- Second violation: temporary account suspension (7 to 30 days).
- Third violation: permanent account termination without refund.
- Severe violations: immediate termination and reporting to competent authorities.
6.3 Repeat Infringer Definition
A user is considered a repeat infringer if they:
- Have received three or more valid DMCA notices.
- Repeatedly uploaded or shared protected content.
- Created new accounts after termination for copyright violations.
Repeat infringer accounts will be permanently deleted and related IP addresses may be banned.
7. False Statements
7.1 Penalties for False Claims
Submitting a false DMCA claim can have serious legal consequences. Under DMCA 17 U.S.C. 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for:
- Damages (including costs and attorney fees).
- Criminal penalties for perjury.
- Civil liability for caused harm.
7.2 Accuracy Verification
Before submitting a DMCA notice, ensure that:
- You are the legitimate copyright owner or authorized representative.
- The identified content actually infringes your rights.
- You checked whether the use may qualify as fair use.
- All provided information is accurate and complete.
8. Fair Use
8.1 Fair Use Doctrine
Before filing a DMCA claim, please consider whether the use may be protected by the fair use doctrine. Criteria include:
- Purpose and character of the use: commercial or educational, transformative or reproductive.
- Nature of the copyrighted work: factual or creative.
- Amount and substantiality: portion used compared to the whole work.
- Effect on the market: impact of the use on value or potential market.
8.2 Legal Exceptions
Certain uses may be lawful without authorization, including:
- Criticism, commentary, or review.
- News reporting.
- Teaching and academic research.
- Parody or satire.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
9.1 Service Provider Role
IPTV Maple acts as an intermediary service provider. We:
- Do not control or review all content available through our Service.
- Are not responsible for content uploaded or shared by users.
- Act quickly to remove disputed content upon notification.
- Cooperate with competent authorities in severe infringement cases.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from content removal following a DMCA notice.

10. Data Retention

We keep a copy of all received DMCA notices and counter-notices to:
- Maintain a record of reported violations.
- Identify repeat infringers.
- Provide evidence in legal disputes.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
10.2 Retention Duration
Notices are retained for a minimum period of 5 years from receipt, in accordance with legal requirements.

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time to reflect changes in legislation or our operational practices.
