1. Preamble
These General Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter "GTUS") govern access to and use of the services provided by IPTV Maple (hereinafter "the Service", "we", "our") via the website https://iptvmaple.net/ (hereinafter "the Site").
By subscribing to our services or using our Site, you (hereinafter "the User", "the Customer", "you") accept these GTUS without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
- IPTV Service: audiovisual content distribution service via Internet protocol (TV, films, series, documentaries, etc.).
- Subscription: fixed-term service contract (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Account: personal space created by the User to access services.
- Credentials: username and password allowing access to the Service.
- Content: all audiovisual programs accessible through the Service.
- Compatible Device: any device meeting required technical specifications (Smart TV, Android Box, computer, smartphone, tablet).
3. Purpose
These GTUS define:
- Conditions for access to and use of the Service.
- Rights and obligations of each party.
- Subscription terms and conditions.
- Payment and termination conditions.
- Limitations of liability.
4. Acceptance of the Terms
Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these GTUS. This acceptance is evidenced by:
- Checking the acceptance box during account creation.
- Payment of a subscription.
- Effective use of the Service.
The applicable GTUS are those in force on the date of your order. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals.
5. Conditions for Access to the Service
5.1 General Conditions
To access the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental authorization.
- Have a stable Internet connection (recommended minimum: 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K).
- Own a compatible device.
- Create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Subscribe to a paid plan.
5.2 Account Creation
When creating your account, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, and complete information.
- Keep this information up to date.
- Keep your credentials confidential.
- Inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
5.3 Compatible Devices
The Service is compatible with:

- Android TV Boxes and Firestick.
- Apple TV and iOS devices (iPhone, iPad).
- Android devices (smartphones, tablets).

It is your responsibility to verify your device compatibility before subscribing.
6. Offers and Pricing
6.1 Subscription Plans
We offer different subscription plans:
- Monthly subscription: 1-month commitment, automatically renewable.
- Quarterly subscription: 3-month commitment with preferential pricing.
- Semi-annual subscription: 6-month commitment with preferential pricing.
- Annual subscription: 12-month commitment with preferential pricing.
6.2 Pricing
- Prices are shown in euros (EUR), taxes included.
- Prices displayed on the Site at the time of order apply.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Price changes do not apply to current active subscriptions.
- New prices apply at the next renewal.
6.3 Promotional Offers
- Promotional offers are valid while available.
- Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
- Promo codes have a limited validity period.
- A promo code can only be used once per customer.
7. Order and Payment
7.1 Order Process
Subscription is completed in 4 steps:
- Selection: choose your subscription plan.
- Identification: create an account or log in.
- Payment: enter payment details.
- Confirmation: validate the order.
The order becomes final once payment is confirmed.
7.2 Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer.
- Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT).
All payments are secured via PCI-DSS certified processors (Stripe, PayPal).
7.3 Order Confirmation
After payment confirmation, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email.
- Your access credentials for the Service.
- A link to our installation guides.
- An invoice in PDF format.
7.4 Service Activation
- Automatic activation within 5 to 30 minutes after payment (for card and PayPal payments).
- Activation within 24 to 48 hours for bank transfer and cryptocurrency payments.

8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Legal Withdrawal Period
In accordance with the French Consumer Code (Article L221-18), you have a 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving reasons and without penalties.
This period starts from the date of subscription.
8.2 Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal
By accepting these GTUS and activating your account, you expressly agree that we may begin providing the Service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
As a result, if you use the Service during the withdrawal period, you waive this right and accept that the amount corresponding to the period of use may be retained in case of termination.
8.3 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal (if you have not used the Service), you must notify us by email at [email protected].
The refund will be processed within 14 days following notification.
9. Renewal and Termination
9.1 Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at term, unless canceled by you.
- You will receive a reminder email 7 days before each renewal.
- The renewal amount will be charged automatically according to your saved payment method.
- The applicable rate is the one in force at the time of renewal.
9.2 Disabling Automatic Renewal
You can disable automatic renewal at any time:
- From your customer area > Settings > Subscription.
- By email at [email protected].
Deactivation must be completed at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
9.3 Termination by the Customer
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
- No refund is made for the remaining period (except under the 30-day guarantee where applicable).
- You keep access to the Service until the expiration date.
9.4 Termination by the Provider
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account in case of:
- Violation of these GTUS.
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service.
- Unpaid amounts or payment rejection.
- Illegal or harmful activities.
- Unauthorized sharing of credentials.
In such cases, no refund will be made.
10. Use of the Service
10.1 Personal Use
- The Service is strictly reserved for personal and private use.
- Each subscription is limited to one user account.
- Number of simultaneous connections: 1 device (unless stated otherwise in your plan).
- Commercial use or redistribution of the Service is strictly prohibited.
10.2 Prohibited Actions
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Share: your credentials with third parties (family, friends, etc.).
- Resell: all or part of the Service.
- Publicly display: content in public places (bars, restaurants, hotels).
- Modify: the Service, applications, or streaming feeds.
- Bypass: security and protection measures.
- Automate: access through bots or scripts.
- Download: content for storage or redistribution.
- Perform: reverse engineering on our applications.
10.3 Sanctions
Any violation of these rules may result in:
- Immediate account suspension.
- Permanent termination without refund.
- IP address and device ban.
- Legal action when necessary.
11. Service Availability
11.1 Availability Commitment
We strive to provide a quality service with optimal availability. However, we do not guarantee 100% availability.
- Availability target: 99.5% on a monthly basis.
- Scheduled maintenance: we will inform you at least 48 hours in advance.
- Unexpected interruptions: may occur for technical reasons.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
We cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to:
- User Internet connection issues.
- Internet service provider outages.
- Incompatibility or malfunction of used devices.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, etc.).
- Government decisions or legal blocking measures.
12. Content and Intellectual Property
12.1 Rights Over Content
All content available through the Service (programs, logos, graphics, texts, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to its respective owners or IPTV Maple.
12.2 Usage License
Your subscription grants only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access right to content for the duration of your subscription.
This right does not authorize you to:
- Copy, reproduce, or download content.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works.
- Distribute, sell, or rent content.
12.3 Catalog Changes
The content catalog may change at any time:
- Addition of new content.
- Removal of content (for licensing or technical reasons).
- Changes in channel organization.
These changes do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
13. Personal Data
The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these GTUS.
By using the Service, you consent to data collection and processing in accordance with this policy.
14. Liability and Warranties
14.1 Limitation of Liability
Within the limits allowed by law, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are liable only for direct damages caused by our proven fault.
- Our financial liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription during the previous 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profits, data loss, moral damages, etc.).
14.2 Service Provided "As Is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:
- Total absence of errors or interruptions.
- Constant stream quality (which depends on your Internet connection).
- Permanent availability of all content.
- Compatibility with all devices and configurations.
14.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claim resulting from:
- Your breach of these GTUS.
- Your illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.
- Your violation of third-party rights.

- You will be informed by email at least 30 days before entry into force.
- Changes will apply at your next renewal.
- If you do not accept the new terms, you may terminate your subscription.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated GTUS.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 Governing Law
These GTUS are governed by French law.
17.2 Dispute Resolution

17.3 Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, we provide a consumer mediation mechanism. In case of dispute, you can refer the matter free of charge through the European platform:

17.4 Competent Jurisdiction
Failing amicable resolution or mediation, any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
Consumers may bring a claim either before the court of the place where they resided at the time of contract conclusion, or the court of the place where the harmful event occurred.
18. Miscellaneous Provisions
18.1 Entire Agreement
These GTUS, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IPTV Maple.
18.2 Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these GTUS is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in force.
18.3 No Waiver
Failure to exercise any right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
18.4 Language
These GTUS are drafted in French. In case of translation, only the French version shall prevail.
